MICROSOFT IMMERSIVE READER

Immersive Reader enables students with learning differences such as Dyslexia using text decoding solutions and help build confidence for emerging readers through features like Line Focus and Picture Dictionary.

IMMERSIVE READER ON EDGE BROWSER

Immersive Reader is embedded in the Microsoft Edge Browser. Students can use the accessibility features of Immersive Reader on web pages, creating a personalized reading experience.

MICROSOFT LENS

Microsoft Lens (formerly Microsoft Office Lens) trims, enhances, and makes pictures of whiteboards and documents readable. You can use Microsoft Lens to convert images to PDF, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel files, digitize printed or handwritten text, and save to OneNote, OneDrive, or your local device. You can even import images that are already on your device using Gallery.

Summarize articles, text, websites, essays and documents for free with SMMRY. You can paste information direclty into the text box, summarize a webpage by using a URL, or upload a file. This tool is great for students who need less visual information on a page, or who struggle with reading comprehension.

SIMPLE ENGLISH WIKIPEDIA

The Simple English Wipedia page uses simple English words and grammar. The Simple English Wikipedia is for everyone, such as children and adults who are learning English. There are 234,523 articles on the Simple English Wikipedia.

Read Aloud uses text-to-speech (TTS) technology to convert webpage text to audio. It works on a variety of websites, including news sites, blogs, fan fiction, publications, textbooks, school and class websites, and online university course materials.
